Although our store will be closed for the duration of the lock-down we are open for curbside pick-up, or we are happy to discuss custom furniture or retail item orders. We offer a 30 day return policy for a refund or exchange.
If the item was purchased in a package it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be returned in its original packaging.
Unfortunately gift cards, and items that are opened such as lip balm, creams, spices etc are not returnable or refundable if opened or a seal broken.
Slight variations are inherent in our craft items. A few stray threads in a braided rug or very small missed sections are the norm and do not constitute a flaw. If however, you encounter a large stain, tear or missing section we will exchange your item.
Custom orders are not refundable or returnable.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
If at any time within one year of purchase, defects occur in the materials used that render the product incapable of performing it’s intended function, you may return the item for repair in our workshop. It may take up to 1 year after completion to permit pieces to acclimate to temperature and humidity conditions so please notify us when you first notice the major flaw so we can review the circumstances.
